Bucks County Transportation Options

  • Schedules: SEPTA schedules will be mailed to your home, 215-580-7777, 6 a.m.-midnight daily, to leave a message
  • SEPTA Customer Service: Call the telephone information center at 215-580-7800 6 a.m.-8 p.m. weekdays, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. weekends, visit septa.org, or write to Customer Service Department, 1234 Market St., Philadelphia, PA 19107. (Allow 2-4 business days for a reply to e-mail.)
  • Citizens with disabilities: SEPTA offers a discount for riders with disabilities, with some restrictions: 7-8 a.m. and 4:30-5:30 p.m. weekdays riders must pay regular fare on all routes. For the remainder of the day, on weekends and major holidays riders are entitled to pay a discounted fare with valid identification.
  • Paratransit: Available to residents of Bucks county with disabilities. Applicants must register, complete an application, including medical forms before requesting transportation. For further information call 215-794-5554.
